Micah Ili-Meneese shows why fans call him "Micah Jordan"

As opposing defenses continue to brutalize Rainier Beach senior Tyran Stokes, a couple Viking underclassmen provided the aerial fireworks during a 71-49 State 3A semifinal victory over Bellarmine Prep on Friday.
Junior Micah Ili-Meneese, nicknamed “Micah Jordan” by his fans, showed why with a 30-point outing that included two 3-pointers, 14-of-17 shooting and 6 steals. Another junior, Kam Babbs, continued his stellar play as the team’s “sixth starter,” and had the game’s most scintillating play.
The win sends the Vikings to the championship game on Saturday, 7 p.m., against Lincoln in the Tacoma Dome. Beach is vying to defend last year’s 3A title, which would give the school 11 all-time and coach Mike Bethea his 10th.
The following are several individual images stitched into timelapse videos to take you inside some of the impressive plays against the Lions.
